Feldman, who appeared on Larry King Live Wednesday night, said Haim was "very destitute, very broke," had no car and few friends. Idiot of the week? Lindsay Lohan, who is suing E-trade for $100 million because she said the baby in an ad was too much like her...Really?

Lindsay Lohan has hit a new low --- if possible. She is now suing E-Trade for their latest baby ad because one of the babies is named Lindsay...and steals boyfriends...and is a 'milkaholic'. All of this is apparently too much like Lindsay, who steals boyfriends, is an alcoholic and is a baby. So she's suing. Wow!

On USA Today, Lohan's lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, said the actress has the same single-name recognition as Oprah or Madonna, and wants an injunction to force the spot off the air. Chris Brown, a spokesman for Grey Group, which produced the spot, told the Post it's "just used a popular baby name that happened to be the name of someone on the account team."

So, does she have a case? The legal experts at Fox News weigh in.

OurSlice: I thought she was gay and wasn't stealing boyfriends anymore. It's time for Lindsay to go away.

"Alice in Wonderland" earns $115 million domestically in first weekend...breaks 3-day records for 3-D and March...more than "Avatar"...

Disney's Alice In Wonderland is a monster hit despite blowing past its budget and bringing back mediocre reviews. It clearly becomes the biggest 3D bow ever and the best March release ever with $41 million on Friday and $45 million on Saturday. Remember, those higher priced 3D tickets make all the difference. That helped the pic post a $115+M opening weekend, blowing away Avatar's first 3 days.

OurSlice: I can't see this movie having the legs of Avatar though. Maybe $300 million or so by the time it's done.
